About Kristine
I believe everyone can learn to write by understanding the process of writing and practicing the necessary skills. Good writing sometimes seems like a mystery to students because they often haven't been shown the steps to move from idea to finished essay. I know I can help students feel more confident as writers.
I use a variety of techniques based on the age level of the student. By teaching the process of writing, I can help students learn the process for themselves.

I begin a lesson based on the student's age and what the student needs in relation to the writing process. I know different strategies for developing an essay's point, composing into rough drafts, revising drafts, editing, proofreading and writing introductions and conclusions.
What sets me apart is my experience, my patience, and my sense of humor.
