About Sydney
I am a retired D1 college swimmer. I swam for 15 years and have been coaching for 2. Otherwise, I have 3 years of experience with teaching stroke technique and race strategy. I know the sport inside and out and am ready to share my experience with it and love of it!

I teach stroke technique in a very hands on manner. I use video review, visualization, and demonstration in order to ensure understanding and feel for each stroke. I also ensure that teaching stroke technique is conversation between me and the swimmer, their feedback is important in understanding the best way to communicate with them.
