About Vijayalakshmi
Iam en ex-banker with 20 years of banking and financial experiences and I take tuition and coach students on any commerce subjects, English and prepare them for competitive exams.I do teach spoken Hindi as well as I have a strong passion to teach I seldom miss any opportunity to interact with the students and also give counseling to some deserving students if I find them suffering from inferiority comlex and so on.

My approach to student is one to one, to uderstand their requirement and get to know their areas of weakness to concentrate my teaching and explanation on the same. I stick to syllabus and solving of exam papers for academic subjects . Regarding candidates who learn spoken English I give training on speaking skills after taking grammer lessons and also give topics for writing essays. I conduct debates for group discussions to make the student more confident and oversome inhibitions. I do take classes on softskills for entry level employees for vartious sectors like IT, Banking, Marketing , Retails division etc.
The overall Personality Development can be shaped for the college students and candidates persuing for job.
