About Tommaso
Hi, I'm Tommaso! I hold a PhD and a Master's degree (110/110 cum laude) in Chemistry, and I currently work as a research scientist in ultrafast spectroscopy, splitting my time between the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Politecnico di Milano. My work was recognized with a prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie European fellowship, but what I enjoy most isn't just doing science, it's helping others understand it.
Teaching has been part of my career from the start. For three years I was a teaching assistant in Physical Chemistry at the University of Perugia, working with classes of around 60 students, and I've personally mentored several students through their degree theses. Over the years I've learned that everyone learns differently, so my job is to find the explanation that finally makes a concept "click" for you.
I offer lessons in physics, chemistry, and mathematics for middle-high school students and undergrads. Whether you're struggling to keep up, preparing for an important exam, or simply want to boost your grades, I can help
