MY PURPOSE
My Undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering have exposed me to a stimulating acad-emic environment, where learning and research go hand-in-hand. Through the many opportu-nities I have had, I found that I have a deep interest in research work and strong attitude with the problem solving involved. This brings my application to your company, with a purpose to do a job in your organisation.
MY RESEARCH
My initial expose during my 4th Year for worked on effect of heat treatment and microstruc-ture properties of high entropy alloys (Al0.5, Cu, Co, Fe, Ni, Ti) in our environmental testing
laboratory under the guidance of Scientist ‘D’ Mr. C.H.V.S. Raju. I have shown keenness to re-quire through understanding of complex concepts and passion for research. I presented a pa-per on robotics held at a National level Technical level organised at Sri Indu Institute of Engi-neering Technology (SIIET) Hyderabad for which I received the best presentation award.
MY EVOLUTION WITH MY RESEARCH
My interest in designing and manufacturing of machining process with the first actual research opportunity that I had a chance to work in control system lab Defence Research Development Organization (DRDO) at Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Setting aside the job opportunities that I had through Campus placements. I started involved in development of test setup and carry-ing out the experiments for solenoid breaks and electro permanent magnet EPM based on lacking mechanism. As a mechanical engineer I designed the test setup modelled it in solid work software and supervised in the fabrication. For solenoid break, effect of distinctive ma-terials (Co-Fe alloy, Ni-Fe alloy 15-5Ph, SS420, SS410 Steel) for plunger’s and body wear varied and studied for optimal parameter combinations. The load carrying ability before and after the heat treatment has been systematically investigated and reported. I analyzed the design in solid work simulation tools and executed the fabrication in house work shop and I complet-
ed the testing effectively and efficiently in a group as well as alone and also well versed in material property heat treatment process and carrying out experimental systematically and capable of independently planning and carrying out the experimental work with evenness of performance and self-confident confirm my ability to be a highly protective person my clarity of thought and expression combined with grasp of subject matter is commendable.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CONTINUED
In addition to the research worked on the project titled “Effect of corrosive protection plat-ing on the magnetic properties of CO-Fe Soft magnetic material” at Defence Metallurgical and Research Laboratory (DMRL). I had shown good initiation and came up with innovative meth-ods to complete the work explores the varying (Ni, Zn -Ni and Cd) platting thickness on the saturation permeability and alternating current losses of the soft magnetic materials. The work has direct impact of extending the life of the Co-Fe alloying materials used for various applications in the aerospace sector. I actively involved in the preparation compaction curing and magnetic properties evolution of resin coated soft magnetic composite materials (SMC) and also giving technical discussion to come up with hybrid SMC concept to increase the per-meability of Co-Fe based SMS metals. More recently, we had published the 2 papers titled.
Having been exposed to its methodology and rigours, I have found research to be highly ful filling. I simply release the joy I get by doing something new something better or by understand- ing and knowing everything about a problem that intrigues me. This is the prime reason why I want to pursue research as a career and only a master’s can provide me with such on opportunity. The idea of choosing your own problem and then working independently on it is what appealed to me. My research background in handling important issues like design, manufacturing and supervised in the fabrication. I had become well versed with universal testing machine, B-H Loop Tracer, Programming and Operation of vacuum tube furnace, Ball milling and other test equipment’s my hands on experience with testing and doing multiple tasks for executing the research work in a short span of time with all this achievements and considering my strong foundation that I will excel in research in my future endeavours.
I am fully aware of the effort and commitment that a master requires. And with self motiva-tion and perseverance that I have, I strongly believe I am ready for it I also feel confident of completing my job.commendably by looking at what I have achieved so far in terms of my consistently good academic record and successful experiences in solving fundamental research problems.

Well, I want to talk about my professional work experience in Defence Research And Development Organisation (DRDO) worked as a Researcher and Product Development Engineer. When I was working with one of my outstanding scientist Raju. He was one of the finest and extremely talent in his work. While, doing a task with him I always feel cheerful and feel enthusiastic because the way of completion of his effort and he will never shows discrimination between below and medium average people. The trademark, I always admire in his behaviour was he will give equal respect to his elder one’s and also for his lower age people. I think this was the main potential for him to be professional in his job culture. He always been very kind and down-to-earth person. The apex character he has patience, self motivated, and also he elaborates to his colleagues we need to work hard and the struggle must complete with smart trail.
