About Jochem
I’m Jochem, founder and personal trainer at Lift2Last. I’m delighted to see you here and tell you more about our story. I started Lift2Last after an intense corporate career of 7+ years. Having experienced myself firsthand how the stress of combining work, family life, social engagements and all the other day-to-day challenges of life, can impact our overall health and well-being, I found a new passion in fitness, sport and the science of health and well-being. So fast forward, I decided it was time to turn my passion, knowledge and experience for the benefits of others as a certified Personal Trainer. With Lift2Last, we offer worldwide personal training and in-person coaching in Dublin, Ireland.

Hybrid Personal Training
In-Person plus Online: Combine occasional in-person sessions (locally in Ireland, as schedule allows) with continuous online support and training plans. Perfect for those wanting both hands-on coaching and the flexibility of remote guidance.
