About Leo
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 13 years of experience working with High School and College students. I am passionate about helping learners develop strong English skills through personalised and engaging lessons. I understand that each student has unique learning needs, and I adjust my teaching accordingly.
I create customised lesson plans that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. I emphasise practical communication and real-world usage of English. I also help students improve academic English and classroom communication.

My teaching approach for ESL is clear, practical, and supportive. I focus on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to help students learn English effectively and confidently.
Motivation is key in my lessons. I encourage students through positive feedback, achievable goals, and regular progress tracking. Communication is practised in every lesson through speaking, listening, reading, and real-life conversation exercises.
