About Francesca
I am a second year student in Nutrition and Food. My focus is on providing nutritional advice and emphasise a healthy lifestyle. I will help out students in courses Nutrition and Metabolism related as well as give fitness related advice.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are flexible and depend on each individual's needs. I help people study and learn topics related to fitness and nutrition. I am also able to teach human physiology if needed.
I can give fitness advice by providing an exersise routine (pilates, strength training, cardio) that you can include at home.
However, I am not a certified trainer nor am I a registered dietician. I am here to inform but I cannot advise you on what you need nutritionally as I am still in the process of achieving my degree.
