About Jasper
I am a Registered Nurse with four years of clinical experience, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. My professional practice focuses on addictions and mental health, where I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing homelessness as well as patients within a correctional facility setting.
As a first-generation immigrant from South India, I am fluent in Tamil and Telugu as my first languages. In addition to my nursing background, I have significant experience teaching English as a Second Language, having supported ESL learners throughout high school and during my university years. This multicultural and multilingual background allows me to connect effectively with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive, compassionate care and instruction.
