About Loara Adyz
Hello! My name is Lara, and I am from the Philippines. By profession, I am a Registered Electrical Engineer, but teaching is only one part of who I am.
I am someone who loves learning. Whether it is engineering, technology, business, or even family history research, I enjoy discovering new things and sharing what I learn with others. In fact, I recently completed a certificate in Web and Computer Programming and am currently pursuing a degree in Applied Business Management because I believe that learning should never stop.
Outside of work, I spend much of my time serving in my church and working with young people. I enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others develop their talents and confidence. I also love spending time with my family, especially my niece and nephew, who keep life fun and exciting.
One thing that my students quickly learn about me is that I am patient and encouraging. I understand that learning something new can be challenging because I am a student myself. That's why I strive to create a positive environment where mistakes are welcomed as part of the learning process.
I chose to teach because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and helping them achieve goals they once thought were difficult. For me, teaching is not just about lessons—it's about building confidence, creating opportunities, and making a positive difference in someone's life.

I am a student-centered tutor who believes that every learner has unique strengths, challenges, and learning styles. My teaching approach focuses on creating an engaging, supportive, and interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
I use clear explanations, guided practice, real-life examples, and regular feedback to help students understand concepts effectively. Lessons typically last 50–60 minutes and are tailored to the student's goals and learning pace.
I am a Registered Electrical Engineer with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and over six years of combined experience as a college instructor and online educator. I have taught children, teenagers, university students, and working professionals, from beginner to intermediate levels, helping them improve their academic performance, communication skills, and overall confidence in learning.
