About Kieron
Fitness has always been more than a job for me — it's what I'm genuinely passionate about, and it's what led me to start Red Gorilla Training.
I've spent the last 5+ years as a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, working with people from all walks of life and all fitness levels — from complete beginners taking their first steps, to people looking to smash through plateaux and push into new territory.
What drives me is watching people surprise themselves. That moment when a client hits a goal they didn't think was possible, or walks out of a Boxfit class buzzing with energy they didn't know they had — that's what it's all about for me.
I bring energy, honesty, and real coaching to every session. No cookie-cutter programmes, no empty motivation — just a genuine commitment to helping you become stronger, fitter, and more confident, one session at a time.
Whether you're training 1-on-1, joining a Boxfit class, or working with me online, you're getting a coach who's fully invested in your progress. Let's get to work.
