About Bailey
I have a degree in English with a minor in education from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I have been tutoring since high school and was employed as a writing tutor through my university. I love working with children and was able to work in several different classrooms including pre-K, kindergarten, and third grade!

My teaching method relies heavily on the comfort and needs of the student as the student is the most important person! I believe in pushing a student past what they believe they can achieve because they can do so much more, but I would never push a student to perform work that is out of their level of instruction. I want a student to feel comfortable talking to me but also respect me as their teacher and authority figure.
