About Harry
I am a recent graduate of the University of Sheffield, where I completed an integrated master's degree in Aerospace Engineering (with a specialisation in flight control systems). This has provided me with a wide range of experience across a range of topics, including mechanics, statistics, and pure mathematics.
I previously worked within my school's maths department, running lunchtime/after school study sessions for students in Year 7-13, including A-Level Further Maths.

My lessons are aimed at students in Year 7-13, but I am also able to assist with a variety of degree-level subjects, particularly in relation to engineering and applied maths.
My lessons are flexible, and can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual student. I myself benefited from a personal approach when struggling with certain topics during my studies, therefore I am to work with students to discover strategies that work for them.
Before beginning lessons, I discuss the syllabus with the student, helping to identify areas that need improvement. Then, I combine theory with basic, worked examples, to provide the student with a firm grasp of the fundamentals. We then use these skills to complete more complex tasks (like those found in an exam).
At all stages, I check-in with each student in order to ensure that they are improving their understanding with each lesson.
