About Kirsten
My name is Kirsten, and Religious Studies is such a passion for me. I understand that this probably isn’t a common opinion to hold, but it really is such a useful subject!! With these lessons, I want to help you to appreciate this subject, and all of the forms it comes in. On top of this, I want to ensure you succeed in your exams, and come out of them with the best grade possible. Religious Studies and Ethics is really all around us, and I hope with this tutoring, you are more able to recognise this and appreciate everything that comes with being human!! :-)

Lessons will be heavily discussion based, as I believe this is the best way to teach and learn in a humanities subject. At the start of the lesson, we will have a short recap/debrief on your current level and understanding of the topic/s, and go from there! I will also explain how to write the questions as best as you can, and we will most likely do some practice questions/tests so that we can work together to improve! We will also have a few debates in order to help you think of all perspectives. At the end of the day, I am here to assist YOU, so the lessons can work around your schedule. Typically they will last around 1 hour, which can be done at your home or online. These lessons will best be for students doing GCSE R.S, in years 9, 10 and 11.
