About Ojochide

I am a passionate and experienced Reading Interventionist and Specialist dedicated to helping every learner discover their full potential. I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham method, the Science of Reading, LETRS, and Letterland—evidence-based approaches that build strong foundational literacy skills through structured, multisensory instruction. With years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, I create a safe, encouraging environment where reading becomes both achievable and enjoyable. I use proven strategies to strengthen phonemic awareness, decoding, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension, tailoring each lesson to meet individual goals. About the lesson

My teaching approach centers on meeting each learner where they are. I begin by assessing a student’s current reading level, strengths, and areas for growth. From there, I design targeted, evidence-based lessons that combine phonics, decoding, fluency, and comprehension strategies in a structured yet engaging way.
