About Sayak
I am an alum of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur (2007-15). 8 years of practice under the disciple monks of Sri Ramakrishna and further 8 years of self exploration, I am ready to pass on the spirit and power of self healing through Yoga Shastra.
I got into reputed National college and am currently working for a Central Government Enterprise and I have always felt that my academic excellence was always aided by my Yoga Practice.
I also taught yoga to my fellow college mates and now I am thrilled to reach out to more. Couldn't wait for you to join.

The course will be easy to comprehend and the effects of positivity can be felt from day 7. No accessories needed. Just a set of clean clothes and a mat (ashan) will be enough. As our great ancestors did not need yoga mats and yoga pants to achieve enlightenment.
