About Stephanie
Hi,I'm Steph. I'm a certified yoga teacher with experience of teaching all around the world in English and French.
My passion is about providing safe and holistic yoga classes and helping you to discover what yoga means to you.
I first started my journey in Melbourne, Australia and since then I have been invited to provide workshops all over the world.

About the lesson

Together, we will organise a 6-week plan focused on helping you physically and mentally.
Each class will start with meditation and breathing exercises.
Then we will go into the main flow which will be targeting different muscle groups or focused on a specific pose which we will achieve safely together with clear communication and cues.
Then we will finish with savasana and a calm meditation.
Classes can run between 45-60 minutes. Classes can be taught in English or French depending on your choice.
