About Rachael
I am a qualified teacher who really enjoys helping students learn, grow, and feel proud of what they can do. I like to create a positive and friendly learning space where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to try their best.
I have taught in many different places across Australia, including cities, regional towns, and remote communities. This has helped me understand that every student is different, and I enjoy finding ways to support each child in the way that works best for them.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy sport and staying active. I bring lots of energy and enthusiasm into my teaching and love helping students feel excited about learning.

I am a qualified teacher with five years of classroom experience and several years of tutoring experience prior to teaching full-time. I have worked in both primary and distance education, giving me valuable experience supporting students in online learning environments.
I am passionate about helping children build confidence and develop a positive attitude towards learning. My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and engaging, with a focus on creating a safe and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking on new challenges. I am happy to tailor lessons to suit each child's individual needs, learning style, and goals.
Typically, lessons are 30–45 minutes in length; however, I am happy to tailor lesson duration and content to best suit each child's individual needs and learning goals.
I offer support in literacy, numeracy, reading, writing, spelling, and general academic skills for primary-aged students.
Whether your child needs extra support, extension, or a confidence boost, I am committed to helping them achieve their best and enjoy the learning process along the way.
