About Sam
I’m Sam — a qualified teacher and men’s health coach with a background in education, fitness, and youth mentoring. I’ve worked with a wide range of students, especially boys who struggle with traditional learning, low motivation, or confidence issues. My approach is grounded, practical, and tailored. I combine my experience in schools with real-world coaching to help students not only improve academically, but also develop discipline, structure and self-belief. Whether it’s preparing for PE, understanding health and fitness, or just needing a male role model to provide accountability and direction — I meet students where they’re at and help them move forward, one step at a time.

I’m a qualified teacher and experienced coach working with teens who need more than just classroom learning. My lessons are practical, engaging, and tailored to each student’s goals — whether that’s improving in PE, building study habits, or developing discipline and confidence through fitness.
I specialise in working with boys who struggle with motivation, structure, or traditional learning environments. We focus on clear wins each session — building not just knowledge, but resilience and self-belief.
Sessions can cover:
• PE, Health and literacy topics
• Strength & conditioning concepts for teens
• Study skills, time management, and confidence
• Tailored fitness mentoring for performance or personal growth
Each lesson is built to help students take ownership, gain momentum, and start seeing themselves differently — not just as learners, but as capable young men.
Lessons are available online via Zoom or Google Meet, or in-person in the Geelong area at a local gym, or suitable public space. Home visits may be possible on request.
