About Lavi
I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Delhi NCR, a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Delhi, and a PG Diploma in Guidance & Counseling from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
Alongside my academic qualifications, I am a practicing therapist, with hands-on experience in counseling, psychological assessment, clinical settings, research, and mental health practice.
My experience as a practicing therapist allows me to bring real-world context and practical application into the classroom. I go beyond simply explaining theories and concepts — I help students understand how Psychology actually works in real people, real situations, and clinical settings, using relevant examples and case-based discussions.
I believe Psychology is best learned when students can connect what they study in textbooks to what they observe in the world around them. My classes are therefore interactive, engaging, and focused on genuine understanding rather than rote memorization.
