About Millie
Hi, I’m Millie. I am a creative educator by trade - which means I bring fun into the classroom.
I have a cat called Luna, who might join us in our online lessons (if we’re lucky). She can be quite friendly and loves saying hello to my students.
I have been a primary school teacher for 7 years, starting in China where I taught English language through the performing arts. In my spare time, I dance Ceroc (which is a mixture of Ssa and modern jive), act and sing on stage and go paddle boarding in the summer.
I look forward to meeting you and starting our tutoring journey.

I am a creative educator so I like to teach practically. Whatever the subject or specialism, I make lessons fun and interactive. This makes our sessions memorable and will help you retain information longer than if you were learning from a book. Studies have shown that learning through fun ‘playful’ activities, even in older students, increases longevity in memory and understanding.
