About Harriet
Teaching is my passion and I believe every child should feel that learning is accessible to them.
My drive and experience has allowed me to ensure that this is possible for all learners through my ability to be flexible and adaptive in my teaching.
I’ve seen great success in helping learners prepare for and successfully complete their KS2 SATs. Tailoring my teaching ensures learners retain knowledge, key concepts, develop essential skills, and feel confident and prepared in their learning.
I believe that learning should be enjoyable and accessible to all, so I create lessons that spark curiosity and motivation.
One of my strengths is my ability to quickly build trusting, positive relationships with learners. This creates a supportive and safe space for children to explore, make mistakes, and grow at their own pace.

I have over 10 years of experience in education across various London boroughs. I specialise in supporting learners in Key Stages 1 and 2, as well as children with SEND. I have a proven track record of delivering engaging, fun lessons that inspire confidence and success. Learning should be enjoyable, and I strive to create lessons that spark curiosity and motivation. I use interactive activities and real-world examples to make learning relevant and exciting. One of my strengths is my ability to quickly build trusting, positive relationships. This creates a supportive and safe space for children to explore, make mistakes, and grow. My lessons are structured to help students retain what they learn by reinforcing key concepts, practising regularly, and building confidence in their abilities. I ensure they feel well-prepared and self-assured.
