About Natalia
I hold a BA from the University of São Paulo and a MA and PhD from the University of Bath. I have taught Portuguese as a foreign language at six universities in the UK and I have kept up to date with methodologies and innovative approaches to language teaching.

My method is student centred, which means my classes will be adjusted to individual goals and challenges. I have developed my own material and draw on different sources, mostly "authentic" ones such as music, films and news. You will also learn a bit of the culture and history of the Portuguese speaking world to be able to contextualise the language.
