Pole is my passion & I love to inspire other people to join in on this fantastic way of self-expression through movement, while at the same time getting a great workout. My mission in life is to help other people through authentic exploration of one's body. I love to see people smile & have fun. I've placed 1st in both PSO & Pole Circus world competitions.

I'm a fully qualified Invert Ready coach as well as Xpert Level 1 & 2 pole certified. I do beginner, intermediate & advanced classes online or in person. My teaching style is helping you find your natural authentic movement while achieving your pole goals. Fluidity & ease of movement are a large component of my classes, while raising your positive energy to the max. Classes typically last 1 hour, but can be longer if need be.
