About Katy
As a critical care nurse and health coach, I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing shift work with health. I created Shift by Katy to support others like me — those who give so much to others but often put themselves last. I’m passionate about helping shift workers build sustainable routines, feel strong in their bodies, and prioritise their wellbeing without adding stress. Coaching allows me to combine my clinical experience with real-life tools that empower others to thrive — not just survive.
