I ensure that my teaching method adapts to the needs of the learner and it is ideal the type of learning style which suites them. E.g: visual, auditory... History, for example, is based heavily on reading comprehension. I will, of course, stress the necessity of this skill. However, if the student learns visually, they will enjoy source based resources such as video footage, photographs and posters. Just one piece of evidence opens up an entire world of information, which the learner will never forget. I specialise in senior grades 10-12, but I also work with grade 7-9, as well as first year university.
