About Michael
I am a yoga teacher who has experience in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Iyengar and Bikram yoga. I have recently taught yoga at a retreat in Italy. My other experience includes teaching martial arts (capoeira and taekwondo) and working in schools.

I teach yoga in a methodical way, concentrating on holding postures for long enough to really feel the benefits. I like to teach some pranayama (breathing) techniques before moving into asana practice. By giving lots of options and variations I can cater to beginners as well as more accomplished yoga practitioners. I see yoga as an inward journey and encourage my students to try to connect with themselves inwardly.
