About Tanyalisa

I am passionate about teaching because I was inspired by one of my past teachers who helped shape who I am today. I learned that I could give back by teaching others what I have learned. I want to be able to show up for my students when they are not sure how or where to start. I had someone to guide me now I get an opportunity to help the next person.

About the lesson

Why I am the best.
I curate lessons that are fun and interactive allowing you not to just learn English formally and conversationally. I help you use what you have learned inside the classroom in the outside world. Making it easier for you to interact with people from different parts of the world.

I am pleased to write this reference for Ms. Tanyalisa Mikuwa, who has been tutoring my two children since October 2022. One of my children is in Grade 8 and the other is in Grade 6.

Throughout this time, Tanyalisa has shown exceptional dedication, patience, and professionalism. She prepares lessons that suit each child's learning style, explains concepts clearly, and creates a positive environment that encourages confidence and consistent academic growth.

Since Tanyalisa began tutoring my children, I have seen a significant improvement in their academic performance. Their understanding of subjects, confidence in completing schoolwork, and overall results have improved considerably. Her commitment has made a meaningful difference in their education.

I am truly grateful for the support, encouragement, and care that Tanyalisa has provided. She has been reliable, hardworking, and genuinely invested in my children's success.

I have no hesitation in recommending Tanyalisa for any tutoring or teaching position.
