About Jo
I am a fine artists with over 25 years practice. I have engaged with international students for over 15 years both professionally and personally. I've been qualified as an Art tutor for 9 years and have delivered community courses for older adults. I am now qualified to teach ESOL and am ready to teach adults the essentials of English language to support Life in the UK. I also offer EAP for academic students who are struggling to understand their lectures. offer a bespoke arts &ESOL class, I believe expressing art and ESOL together leads to better language development. I can teach art or ESOL or a combined programme to individuals or groups.

I base my sessions around the learner what they are wishing to gain from classes. With an arts theme ESOL students quickly engage with that language through application and demonstration.
I use supportive resources available to learners outside of tutor contact time. I will deliver online sessions with the ESOL focus being on speaking & listening, whereby supportive work will be reading and writing.

7 days notice of cancellation for one off classes. If block of classes then 2 weeks notice.
If time is forfeited then full amount of course remains payable.
