About Samika
I am Samika, a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with over 15 years of experience in financial accounting, taxation, auditing, and global compliance. My career has taken me from CA and CPA firms in India and the United States to leading finance operations across 50+ countries for an international technology company — giving me a depth of real-world experience that I now bring into every tutoring session.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune and completed my CA qualification from ICAI in 2012. I am also a SAP Certified Application Associate in S/4HANA Financial Accounting — a certification that reflects my commitment to staying current in the profession.
Throughout my career, I have trained and mentored junior finance professionals, designed training workflows, and simplified complex compliance processes for diverse teams. Teaching comes naturally to me — I genuinely enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into clear, logical steps that make sense to learners at any stage.

My classes are designed for Class 11 and 12 students who want to genuinely understand Accountancy — not just memorize it for exams. As a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of real-world finance experience, I bring something most tutors can't: I have actually done what the textbook describes.
Every class begins with a quick recap of the previous topic to reinforce retention before moving forward. I introduce new concepts using real-life examples — how an actual business records a journal entry, why a trial balance matters, how a cash flow statement gets used in decision-making. This bridges the gap between what students read and what actually happens in finance.
I follow a structured three-part class format — concept explanation, worked examples, and student practice — ensuring each session builds confidence progressively rather than overwhelming with theory.

Having trained junior finance professionals throughout my career, I understand how to break down complex topics into simple, logical steps.
