About Dr Monika
I am a proud world traveler, Postdoctoral Fellow and Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. My work combines university teaching, published research, and more than 15 years of executive leadership and consulting experience, allowing me to bridge academic theory with real-world application. I understand the challenges students face because I have recently completed a doctoral dissertation, published peer-reviewed research, and continue to conduct research.
I believe every student has the ability to succeed with the right guidance, encouragement, and structured support. I strive to create a welcoming, professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing confidence, and strengthening their critical thinking skills. I work with undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and professional students across a wide range of business and management topics, with particular expertise in academic writing, research methods, dissertations, organizational behavior, leadership, human resource management, and strategy.
