About Tristan
I am a Sport Psychology student at St Mary’s University with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in both teaching and coaching. I achieved a Grade A in AQA A-level Psychology, which I now study at university, as well as an A* in A-level PE.
As someone who had to work very hard for my exam results, I understand the specific challenges that students face in Psychology at both GCSE and A-level. I equally consider myself someone who knows the Psychology GCSE and A-level content really well, as well as the best exam strategies, including how to answer specific questions to achieve the best marks.

The initial focus of the lesson will be to establish understanding of the specific area of content you wish to focus on, followed by some exam board specific questions where we will also look at establishing the optimal exam technique for the different types of questions.
Alongside my studies, I’ve spent the past five years working as a sports coach, delivering engaging sessions to children in schools and community settings. I hold a level 2 safeguarding qualification and I am a level 1 qualified tennis coach. I also have classroom experience as a teaching assistant, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how students learn both theoretical content and practical skills.
