About Emily
I have just graduated from Durham University. All my GCSEs and A Levels are between A* and A (including History!). Because I have just left College, I am still very much familiar with the content and expectations that are a part of GCSE and A Level qualifications.

My teaching method focuses largely on the student as an individual. I aim to tailor my lessons to build on their strengths and improve any weaknesses or gaps in their knowledge. It is important to me that my students understand the content they are learning rather than encouraging them to simply learn fact. In my experience, a thorough understanding allows flexibility in the transference and application of knowledge and therefore better over all grades.
