About Ruth
I have a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, currently doing an MSc in counselling. I’ve taught presentation skills and have extensive experience working in research with children, schools and families. I have lectures in developmental psychology, taught and mentored students in research methods and have worked with people suffering from anxiety helping to improve their confidence in presenting.

My method of teaching will depend very much on the student. I am happy to give a talk over the topic to be covered and then provide some exercises to help aid understanding. I feel it is important to make sure content has been understood and digested before moving in to the next topic. This way knowledge can be built up and I don’t risk running ahead to quickly for the student.
