About Vanshika
Hello! I’m Vanshika, a Psychology student with a strong academic background in Psychology and Human Resource Management. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a PGDM in HR Management, and I am currently pursuing my MSc in Applied Psychology.
I enjoy teaching because I believe learning becomes much easier when concepts are explained in a simple, engaging, and relatable way. I am patient, approachable, and always try to understand what each student needs before deciding how to teach them.
I teach Psychology and English to school students, college students, and learners who want to improve their academic or communication skills. In Psychology, I focus on making theoretical concepts easy to understand by connecting them with real-life examples and practical situations. In English, I can help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and overall communication skills.
My goal is not just to help students complete their syllabus, but to help them understand concepts, become more confident, and enjoy the learning process. I adapt my teaching style and pace according to each student’s level and learning goals.

Teaching Techniques and Methods
I believe in making learning simple, interactive, and practical. My teaching approach is adapted to each student’s learning style, level, and goals. I use clear explanations, real-life examples, discussions, activities, practice questions, and visual aids to make concepts easier to understand and remember. I also focus on building confidence rather than encouraging rote learning.
Usual Structure of a Class
Each class begins with a brief review of the previous topic or an introduction to the day’s learning objective. I then explain the concept step-by-step using examples and interactive discussion. For Psychology, I connect theoretical concepts with everyday life and practical situations. For English, I focus on vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and communication according to the student’s needs. The class ends with a short recap, questions, and practice or feedback for improvement.
My Special Features as a Teacher
I am patient, approachable, and attentive to individual learning needs. I believe students should feel comfortable asking questions without hesitation. I simplify difficult concepts and adjust my pace according to the student. My background in Psychology also helps me understand different learning styles and create a supportive learning environment. I aim to make every class engaging, organized, and focused on measurable improvement.
