About Maya
Hi my name is Maya! Moroccan girly over here, Salam to all the girlies! I've been in the gym for nearly a decade, I've gone through the cut and bulk seasons many times and have been on many different diets! I have made mistakes and have learned from them! I've guided friends and family on their journeys. This is one of my biggest passions and I do it for fun! I love helping people on their journeys and making sure they would not make the same mistakes I did! I am currently in the process of becoming a strength and conditioning coach. Very excited!

Sessions would be 30mins - 1hr : Teaching and interactive activities included Before we start we would do a quick 5 mins online meet and greet to get to know you and your goals better! Week 1 : Fitness basics What is fitness? benefits of movement? Types of exercise (strength, cardio, mobility) Week 2: Training (Face to face at thegymgroup) how to structure a workout importance of progressive overload rest and recovery Week 3: Nutrition basics of calories and macros protein importance meal planning tips Week 4: Habits and mindset setting goals staying consistent overcoming plateaus
