About Ichcha
I’m Ichcha, a Clinical Health Psychology graduate with over 4 years of experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEND), emotional challenges, and learning differences. I currently work in a UK school providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs, and I’ve also provided supervised psychological counselling to over 1,200 individuals in clinical settings. I specialise in Psychology tutoring, study skills coaching, and SEN-friendly support. My approach is empathetic, flexible, and student-centred. I aim to help learners feel confident, capable, and calm — whether they’re preparing for exams or just trying to feel less overwhelmed in school.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s learning style, needs, and pace. I take a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental approach — especially when working with students facing emotional, behavioural, or learning challenges. I use psychology-based tools such as CBT strategies, visual aids, and structured routines to help students understand difficult topics and build confidence in their learning. Whether it’s study skills, or emotional regulation support, I create a safe and encouraging environment where students feel heard and empowered. Lessons can be structured, discussion-based, or interactive — depending on what works best for the learner.
