About Hunter
One thing to know about me is that I do not believe in giving up on a student. School and lessons are not one size fits all, but there are many different learning styles that are worth cultivating. I love the ability to help others reach their goals and provide them with a sense of achievement within themselves. I believe that the student is worth my time and will do the best they can!

While teaching I focus on my student's strengths and adapting the material to fit their learning style. In my teaching I am also proficient at giving feedback on admission essays & supplements. In a typical session I like to get to know my student and work on finding them the right study modalities before jumping into the content. When this is found I like to see where my student is at before giving some suggestions and reteaching material in a more digestible way. With my background in counseling and philosophy I am able to clearly present material and understand my client at a high level. I am open to teaching any level of psychology through a masters level admission process, as well as confident in teaching philosophy and study skills through a bachelors program.
