About Katrina
I have both professional and personal experience in mental health, but it is my personal experience as a young carer, looking after a loved one suffering from mental ill health that sparked a deep passion to empower individuals to grow and thrive. Not only do I have the professional experience and qualifications but also the personal knowledge in order to sympathize with a wide range of complex emotions and mental difficulties.
