About Ridhi
Bonjour ! I'm a French tutor based right here in France, and I bring both a genuine passion for teaching and a professional's eye for structure to every class I give.
By day, I work as an IT Project Manager — a role that has trained me to plan carefully, adapt to each person's needs, and stay organized without ever losing sight of the bigger picture. I bring that same mindset to teaching: every class has a clear structure, but there's always room to adjust based on how you're progressing and what you need most.
Teaching French isn't just a side activity for me — it's something I do because I genuinely love sharing the language and culture I live in every day. Since I'm based in France, I don't just teach grammar rules from a textbook; I share the way French is actually spoken, lived, and experienced, so you're learning something real and current, not outdated.

My teaching approach
I believe learning French should feel like discovering it, not memorizing it. My classes are interactive and immersive — I bring the atmosphere of being in France directly into the lesson, almost like a live museum experience where you're absorbing the language and culture as you go, rather than just studying grammar rules in isolation. I use tools like Kahoot for quick, fun quizzes that make reviewing vocabulary feel like a game, and Tabo cards to build spontaneous speaking practice and reflexes in real conversation situations.
Structure of a typical class
Every session starts with an informal chat — a few minutes to catch up, practice casual conversation, and ease into French naturally. From there, we move into a grammar focus tailored to what the student needs, followed by a reading exercise to reinforce vocabulary and comprehension in context. Each class wraps up with a short quiz, which helps track progress and makes sure the lesson actually sticks.
What makes my classes different
I live in France, so my teaching isn't just theoretical — it's genuine immersion. I bring real, current cultural context, everyday expressions, and the way French is actually spoken day-to-day, not just textbook French.

I teach school-aged children and adults alike, from A1 to B1 level learners who are just starting their French journey, as well as students who already speak French but want to keep growing and refine their fluency.
