I’m a BTech Computer Science student and teaches computer programming . I have been mentoring students for several months through my college club and on my YouTube channel.

In my classes, I focus on making programming concepts clear through practical examples and real world examples . I teach in both Hindi and English, making it easier for students to understand complex topics , This helps us dive deep into the logic of C, C++, and JAVA without getting stuck on tough jargon. I believe that if you can't explain something simply, you don't understand it well enough—so I focus on breaking down every complicated topic into easy-to-grab concepts during my lectures .

In my classes, we don't just look at code; we learn through real-world examples and honest conversation to make sure you actually get it.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

My name is Abhishek, and I am a Computer Science and Engineering undergraduate student. I'm passionate about programming and for sharing my knowledge with others. My interest in this field developed during my engineering studies, where I started understanding how coding helps solve real-world problems. About one year ago, I began my teaching journey by helping my friends and later by sharing knowledge on my YouTube channel. Teaching programming has helped me strengthen my own fundamentals, and today I truly enjoy guiding students and seeing them grow confident in coding.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

I chose teaching because I have seen many students struggle due to a lack of clear explanations. During my college and school life, I noticed that some teachers focused more on completing the syllabus than on helping students truly understand concepts. My main goal behind teaching is to make complicated topics simple and easy to understand, so students can build strong fundamentals and perform better in their future. During my high school years, I also taught Physics to students. One moment that deeply motivated me was when a student who could not understand concepts from an experienced teacher was able to grasp them after my explanation. That experience confirmed my decision to become a teacher who explains topics in a way that anyone can understand.
  • How does your work help society?

By offering my skills to students in my local area, I’m not just helping them pass an exam—I’m helping them build the confidence to pursue their own ambitions. When a student masters a difficult subject, it opens doors for them. For me, as I help others unlock their potential, I am also growing as a professional and a mentor, ensuring a brighter future for both my students and myself. that's why i believe that education is the most powerful tool for building a stronger community.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

My approach to teaching is deeply influenced by educators like Saurabh Shukla ( mysirg.com on yt ) and Vikas Sir ( coding seekho platform ) , who have shown me that complex technical subjects like coding can be made accessible to everyone through simplicity and logic. I also deeply admire Sandeep Jain (GFG) for the discipline and life lessons he integrates into learning. These mentors taught me that being a great tutor isn't just about explaining code; it’s about mentoring the person behind the keyboard. I strive their ability to break down difficult concepts into sub-understandable pieces while encouraging students to develop the persistence needed for both programming and life.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

Outside of my professional life, I find great fulfillment in helping others and giving back to those in need through charitable acts. I enjoy listening to music and value time. I am also naturally curious and love exploring new things and spend much of my free time gathering knowledge both inside and outside my domain —whether that is diving into a new area of study, understanding different aspects , or dreaming of traveling the world to experience new cultures and explore everything .
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

I once worked with a student who was deeply frustrated with his college lectures; he was struggling to grasp 'Copy Constructors' and 'Operator Overloading' because the teaching was too theoretical. I took a different approach, breaking down the 'why' behind the logic and explaining it point-by-point with real-world analogies.I bring that same persistence to my own work; for instance, while building a Java Swing application with JDBC, I hit a major wall with the CRUD operations. Instead of giving up, I spent hours in building the logic until it worked perfectly. These experiences have taught me that whether I am the teacher or the developer, patience and persistence are the keys to solving any problem.
