About Tristan
I have 9 years of experience teaching Computer Programming, helping learners build strong coding skills, logical thinking, and practical application expertise. I earned a B.Sc in Computer Engineering, which gave me a solid foundation in programming, computational theory, and software development. Throughout my career, I have supported learners of all levels to develop confidence, mastery, and problem-solving abilities through engaging, structured, and interactive lessons.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity, adaptability, and hands-on learning. I connect abstract coding concepts with tangible applications, encourage experimentation, and guide learners through problem-solving in a supportive environment. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and goals, maximizing engagement and understanding.
Outside teaching, I work on software projects, explore new technologies, and research programming methodologies. Teaching programming is rewarding because I witness students grow from uncertainty to competence, creativity, and confidence. My aim is to foster mastery, curiosity, and practical skills in every learner.

Programming becomes approachable when students understand the logic and reasoning behind the code. In my lessons, I cover Python, Java, C++, algorithms, object-oriented programming, data structures, debugging, and application development. I emphasize problem-solving, computational thinking, and hands-on practice while creating a supportive environment where learners feel confident to experiment, make mistakes, and discover solutions independently. Lessons combine clear explanations, practical exercises, and real-world examples to ensure deep understanding and practical proficiency.
Lesson structure is customized for each learner. Beginners explore variables, loops, conditionals, and simple programs. Intermediate learners work on modular design, recursion, structured problem-solving, and debugging strategies. Advanced learners focus on algorithms, optimization, project planning, API integration, and real-world software challenges.
