About Arpita
I am a Programme Director and lecturer at undergraduate and postgraduate level with experience teaching and supervising students in management, leadership, and public sector studies. Having completed my PhD, I know how challenging academic writing and research can feel, especially when it comes to dissertations. I really enjoy helping students through that process because it can seem daunting or unfamiliar at first. My aim is to support you in a way that matches your needs and expectations, to make things clearer, more structured, and less stressful. I mainly focus on dissertation guidance, but I can also offer assignment support in Management, HRM, and Leadership if that is something you need help with on the side. I like to keep my tutoring practical, encouraging, and tailored to what works best for you.

I am a firm believer in learner-centred and interactive teaching. My sessions are usually diverse in the way they are delivered, and I think that really helps to encourage participation and team-based learning. One of the most important things for me is to help students build confidence in themselves and their work.
For dissertation support, I like to start by understanding what the student expects from the process and what areas they might be struggling with. Together, we create a simple plan or roadmap with clear goals and deadlines. It helps keep everything on track and makes the process less overwhelming.
My main focus is on research and academic writing. I try to make sure students not only understand what they are doing, but also develop a genuine interest and curiosity in their topic. Each lesson aims to build both skill and self-motivation, and I always try to make learning a positive and engaging experience.
