About Emi
As a dancer myself, I have personal insight into the dance world and implement this into my teaching. With my previous knowledge from my training, this allows me to be able to not only tutor/teach but also be there for any other questions you may have in relation to this topic. I hope to be in your journey through dance and help you reach any goals you set for yourself.

I have been professionally trained for 6 years and am a current BFA Dance student with Alvin Ailey and Fordham University. As a teacher, I typically set lesson plans catered to the student's advancement level. Weekly lesson plans are created to help strengthen the student's skills and allow them to grow into the best they can be. With my extensive dance, nutrition, strength, and injury prevention training I feel I am able to truly guide the student to reach their personal goals within the subject. In the past I have only personally taught to ages 5-7 however I have also worked with a variety of ages within this subject in terms of teaching and giving corrections.
