My philosophy is simple: I want to help students understand and process the articles, novels and stories they read in ways that are comparable to their everyday lives. I also want to simplify and “de-mystify” the current academic writing process, turning the standard five-paragraph essay or book report into an experience that’s fun and thought-provoking - never a chore!
