Throughout my career, I have worked with healthcare, entertainment, and international clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and New Zealand.
My expertise includes Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, desktop and server support, NAS storage management, troubleshooting, and IT operations. I have also led technical support teams and helped organizations maintain high system availability and efficient IT services.
