About Julien
Hi, my name is Julien and I'm 20 years old. I'm a professional DJ in Barcelona, and I've played in clubs like Garage 442, Bastian beach club (in Barceloneta), Thailand (Phuket), Thailand (Ko phangan) and more. I'm a very patient person and I'm passionate about music. I know where to find the best tracks for free and unique tracks that other DJs don't have so you can get the most out of them. I'm based in electronic music (EDM) and I have professional equipment (Pioneer) to teach you how to mix live. I'm flexible with the hours and I'll be active 24/7 to answer any questions you have. I adapt to you and I'll teach you how to build a music collection so you can play in any environment. I will guide you to progressively improve your mixing technique, with my live camera you will be able to see the steps I take to make the mix sound perfect and then we will analyze how you do it, I will give you freedom to mix while I correct your technique live. I will also guide you with some fun homework so you can find your own style. Outside of the course I will be active, sending tracks and more.. Hope to see you in class!!

My classes are aimed at beginners, the goal would be to build a music collection suitable for different environments to play. That the student knows all the basic techniques to complete a mix and also some more advanced ones to add more groove. My classes will be with professional equipment and speakers (Pioneer DDJ FLX10 and KRKs classic 5). I will help you create fluid mixes, how to use your equipment and Rekordbox, how to download your music to your USB and be ready to play in professional situations (nightclubs, beach clubs, etc.) I will teach you how to record your own mix so you can promote yourself on different platforms. I will also teach you how to download your music and pages to find unique tracks. This course will be progressive and I will be active 24/7 answering questions outside of the sessions (via Instagram, WhatsApp, whatever you prefer).
