About Harshit
Hello, I'm Harshit Arya, an AI & Robotics Master Trainer and a passionate STEM Educator. My journey is driven by a mission to make coding, robotics, and artificial intelligence accessible, engaging, and innovative for young minds. I hold a Bachelor of Vocation in AI & Robotics from the Dayalbagh Educational Institute and bring over six years of rich experience in the technology and education sectors.
As a former Lead AI & Robotics Master Trainer at STEMpedia and the creator behind the educational YouTube channel SCITECHE, I have trained thousands of students, professionals, and educators globally. My hands-on background includes collaborating with top organizations like the HCL Foundation, Quest Alliance, Tata ClassEdge, and IIT Guwahati to deliver impactful tech education. I have also helped set up robotics labs for government schools and worked extensively with NGOs to promote STEM.
Additionally, I am a multi-certified AWS AI & ML Scholar and have ranked in the top 10% worldwide multiple times in the AWS DeepRacer League. Whether a child is building their very first digital game or a teacher is learning how to structure a coding curriculum, I know exactly how to spark that "Aha!" moment.

I am thrilled to guide you or your child into the world of coding through MIT Scratch—the world’s leading visual, block-based programming language. My teaching methodology avoids boring lectures; instead, we focus entirely on a fun, project-based learning approach where kids learn by creating.
* I use a highly structured, beginner-friendly progression, starting with basic computer literacy and slowly introducing computational thinking.
* We learn through play: Your child will build their own interactive stories, cool animations, and arcade games.
* I provide comprehensive digital resources, step-by-step PDF worksheets, and clear definitions for essential coding vocabulary (like sprites, stages, variables, loops, and conditions).
* I bridge the gap between pure software and physical hardware by integrating Scratch/block coding with tools like Arduino and introducing real-world AI and Robotics concepts.
* I leverage my extensive background in conducting 1:1 online sessions and global webinars to deliver high-quality, personalized instruction.
My classes are perfectly suited for:
1. Kids and teens (ages 6-16) with zero prior coding experience wanting to learn Scratch.
2. Parents seeking to develop their child's logical reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
3. Teachers or educators aiming to establish a STEM/Robotics lab or learn block-based coding for their classrooms.
4. Students preparing for school coding projects or global STEM competitions.
5. Anyone looking to build a strong programming foundation before seamlessly transitioning to text-based languages like Python.
Topics Covered:
* Introduction to the Scratch Interface (Sprites, Costumes, Backdrops)
* Core Block Categories (Motion, Looks, Sound, Events, Sensing)
* Programming Logic (Loops, Conditionals, Variables, Custom Blocks/Functions)
* Game Development (Maze games, Catch games, Platformers)
* Interactive Storytelling & Animations
* Debugging & Algorithmic Problem Solving
* Introduction to Scratch for AI & Machine Learning
* Hardware Integration (Connecting block code to Microcontrollers like Arduino)
* Transitioning from Block-Coding to Python
Note: This is a beginner-to-intermediate level course customized entirely to the student's learning pace. I ensure learners don't just memorize colored blocks, but truly understand the logic behind the code.
