Hi there! My name is Mary. I am a patient and friendly tutor with a passion for teaching Sign Language. I have taught ASL to both hearing and hearing impaired students. I love to get to know my students and their goals so that we can better work together at achieving them. My lessons are practical and interactive with use of illustrations for better understanding. Students are free to ask questions and there is always time for practice sessions which gives room for improvement. Classes are usually one hour in length.
Assignments are also part of our classes as they help students think and practice on their own what was taught.
I tutor both children and adults seeking to understand Sign Language.
