I have prepared many students over the years for competitions, festivals, and auditions. I’ve taught beginners of different ages from 5-70. I’ve also taught intermediate and advanced. If you’re looking to join a local band or audition for a scholarship, no problem!

I have experience in teaching classical as well as popular music and jazz. I also include music theory. I’m a retired AP music theory teacher. I have also taught band and choir. Besides teaching, I also perform in local bands of different types. I can bring that experience into your lesson.
